Mill Valley, Renovation Addition
A Master bedroom, bathroom and family room were added in the crawlspace of the house. A new radiant heat system was installed along with a two sided architectural fireplace upstairs. The addition also allowed for more deck space at the main level with a pedestal paver and tile system. The clients also decided to add a new architectural stair to their office at the third level which tied the modern detailing downstairs to the rest of the house. All new siding and windows were also installed.
