Project Scope

This home on a steep site in Point Richmond, CA has panaramic views of all three Bay Area bridges.  The project consists of a two car gragae and entry at street level, 2nd floor guest quarters, split 3rd level for family kitchen and dinning rooms, with 4th floor bedrooms and master suite.  The slope and weather from the bay presented its challanges but the views made all the hard work worth while.  With contemporary detailing throughout the home also boasts radiant heating, western red cedar siding, and 4 floor elevator wisks occupants from street to master suite with ease.  Photo shoot coming in April 2012.
